What to do if my Colleague Misbehaves?

Many of us have experienced times when we wonder about a colleague’s adherence to the ministerial code: relationships with parishioners, accepting large personal gifts, continuing to contact parishioners after they leave their ministry setting, and other questionable boundary issues. And you may ask: what do I do? Do I turn away? Talk with them? Consult with a trusted colleagues, notify the Association’s Committee on Minister Chair? Talk with our Conference Minister?

Come to have honest and open conversation about this challenging question. Come to receive support and guidance from one another and from your CM Marisa

Pastors will receive a Boundary Training certificate from the conference office.
