Annual Meeting Display Space Policy

Display space is offered at each annual meeting for groups/organizations/ministries that are endorsed by or affiliated with the Maine Conference of the United Church of Christ.
If a group requests display space ONE of the following criteria will be used to determine if they are eligible for display space.
That the group/organization/ministry is:
    1) A Ministry Team of the Maine Conference of the United Church of Christ
    2) A Ministry of the United Church of Christ
    3) A group/organization/ministry endorsed by the Coordinating Council, Board of Trustees,
        Witness Life Commission, Spiritual Life Commission, or Community Life Commission.
    4) A Covenantal Partner of the Maine Conference of the United Church of Christ.
    5) A Seminary affiliated with the United Church of Christ

No group/organization/ministry is authorized to sell any items unless pre-approved by the Coordinating Council.

Please notify the Conference office before (or by) August 1st if you wish to sell items or solicit funds at your display space at Annual Meeting. The Coordinating Council will consider these requests at its meeting prior to annual meeting.
