How to Transmit Data Base Files to
Publishers Information Center

Transmission Options:
· Attach file to an e-mail addressed to:ucnews@egpp.com

· Mail diskette, CDRom or Zip Disc to PIC:

Formatting Instructions:
A. Diskette or E-Mail
Must be in one of the following formats:
   ASCII Fixed Length,
   ASCII Tab or Comma Delimited,
   dBase III or IV,
   FoxPro.
   Excel
   Access
City, State and Zip Code must be in their own separate fields.
Large files must be “zipped” with PKZIP, WINZIP or similar utility.

· All records should contain a Church ID Field linking the subscriber to a church

· All files should be accompanied by the Conference name and a total record count.

· Additions, deletions, corrections, changes should be sent by email, fax or mail to PIC with Church ID number and Maine Conference UCC name on your heading. PIC Fax number is 856-9314115.
