· Become familiar with state and local federal government and private agencies tasked with emergency preparedness as they interface with the mission of areas of responsibility # 2, #3, and #6.

· Coordinate all information generated from AORs 2-7 for publication in ACE
· Keep team informed of UCC National Disaster Ministry, CWS, and other national post Hurricane Katrina disaster response developments
· Generate Press Releases to UCC National office, Maine Conference (ACE), and Maine media

· Promote and coordinate conference wide 250K giving campaign
· Establish on-going working relationship with Maine Conference Business Manager
· Reminders, updates, and information via All Conference E-mail (ACE)

Pastoral Care Coordinator * Sarah Foulger (russarah@gwi.net)
· Develop relationship with UCC National Disaster Ministries office (Susan Sanders)
· Develop relationship with South Central Interim Conference Minister (Bill Royster)
· Research possibilities of pastoral care through various Maine (Maine Council of Churches) and Gulf Coast area Interfaith agencies, UCC South Central and Southeast Conference, and Salvation Army

Medical Task Force *Susan Winter (swlov@midcoast.com) and Bonnie Gerrard
· Develop relationship with UCC National Disaster Ministries office (Susan Sanders)
· Canvas conference for volunteer medical personnel
· Coordinate with team (#4) State, Federal, Private Agency Liaison for joint opportunities
