SEMINARIAN SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
MAINE CONFERENCE, UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST
The Witness Life Commission is charged with the awarding of scholarships
to seminary students. This application form helps us to know something
about the applicant to assist the Commission to fairly and equitably
award scholarship monies to students in need.
1) Please complete ALL questions
2) Attach proof of seminary enrollment
3) Attach a copy of the letter granting in-care status in your Association
within the Maine Conference.
4) On a separate sheet please write a brief essay about your seminary
career, including date of enrollment, anticipated graduation date,
and course load. Please share details about full or part-time employment
and how you balance your busy schedule. Finally, please tell us
something about your involvement with your local church, association
and conference.
FAILURE TO INCLUDE ALL FOUR REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL PREVENT THE APPLICATION
FROM CONSIDERATION.
