DELEGATES TO
ANNUAL MEETING
FROM THE BY-LAWS
The Maine Conference is governed through Annual and Special Meetings, whose voting members shall consist of:
NUMBER OF DELEGATES FROM YOUR CHURCH
According to the Maine Conference UCC By-Laws, all churches, with a membership of 151 or less, may send 2 lay delegates plus 1 delegate under the age of 20 with voting privileges to a Meeting of the Maine Conference.
Additional voting delegates may be sent if your membership figures are above 251 members. Membership figures are taken from the National Yearbook form as of 12/31/11. The number below represents the allowable number of delegates from your Church, in addition to the youth delegate.
