Annual Meeting Display Space Policy

Please Read Completely=


t  Display space is offered at each a= nnual meeting for groups/organizations/ministries that are endorsed by or affilia= ted with the Maine Conference of the United Church of Christ.

 

   I= n order to be eligible for display space, the group must meet ONE of the following criteria:

The group/organization/mini= stry is:
1) A Ministry Team of the Maine Conference of the United Church of Christ 2) A Ministry of the United Church of Christ
3) A group/organization/ministry endorsed by the Coordinating Council, Boar= d of Trustees, Witness Life, Spiritual Life, or Community Life Commission.
4) A Covenantal Partner of the Maine Conference of the United = Church of Christ.
5) A Seminary affiliated with the United Church of Christ

 

 

t  Th= ere are a limited number of display spaces available at Annual Meeting.  All display space will be assigned= on a first-come, first-served basis.  Space is assigned prior to your arrival at the Annual Meeting.  No display space will be available without prior arrangements.  G= roups requesting display space agree to staff their display area from Friday morn= ing through Saturday evening.   

 


t  No group/organization/mini= stry is authorized to sell any items or solicit funds, unless pre-approved by the Coordinating Council. 

 

 

t  The enclosed Display Space Request form must be used to request display space and/or obtain permission to sell items or solicit funds.  Please fill out and return this fo= rm to the Conference office before April 15th . The Coordinating Council w= ill vote on these requests at their meeting on May 10. We will notify you immediately if your request has been approved.
   If you do NOT return t= he attached form by April 15, you will NOT be able to sell items or solicit money at yo= ur display at the Annual Meeting.



t  Note: If you must ship display mat= erials to UMF here is the information you will need:

-=       =   Materials can not be received at the University pri= or to seven (7) days before the meeting.

-=       =   Address boxes to:&= nbsp; UMF, Conferences & Events, 111 South St., Farmington, ME 04938

-=       =   Mark boxes with Display Organization, RecipientR= 17;s name, and “Maine UCC Annual Meeting”
