The DEADLINE for childcare reservations is May 15, 2008.
No childcare reservations will be accepted after this date.

1. The Maine Conference has contracted for a professional childcare staff and a well-equipped area for your children.

2. Licensed professionals will provide childcare for infants through age 6 and older children ages 7-10. The childcare facilities are located at Old South Church across the street from the Univ. of Maine campus.

3. Do NOT register your child(ren) unless you will actually be there.
The Maine Conference is required to pay for NO SHOWS.

5. Parents are responsible for their children at all other times. All meals and snacks are to be provided by the parents. You may order meals for your children on the Annual Meeting Registration form. Your child may be brought or picked up any time during the sessions listed above.

6. Parents are responsible to inform the childcare personnel of their location while their children are in care. Providing a cell phone or pager number will assist the caregivers in contacting you, should the need arise.
