at Annual Meeting Deadline:
August 1 The displays at annual meeting are by invitation only and a letter has been emailed to persons or organizations that have been endorsed by the Maine Conference of the United Church of Christ. The site for the displays will be in the Exhibit area of Grand Summit Hotel, Sunday River, Bethel, Maine from September 23-25, 2005. Please note the set up time for displays is 10:00 a.m. on Friday and they should be dismantledby Sunday following worship. The display area is a long corridor located between the Grand Ballroom and the Lobby of the Grand Summit Hotel. You will enjoy this bright and busy location. Your table space may have one or more persons attending them at any given time. Please note number of chairs needed on the registration form below. Please mail or email the registration form below or mail to Displays at Annual Meeting, Maine Conference UCC, P.O. Box 966, Yarmouth, Maine 04096. Your table(s) space will be designated prior to your arrival, however, displays with electrical needs will take priority as outlets are limited. Please note that the Display Registration Form below is asking how many tables you are requesting. Although we cannot guarantee over 4 tables per display space we will try to honor your request. Smaller displays may have to share space with other smaller displays as well. We thank
