Childcare will be provided by professionals in the following manner:

1. The DEADLINE for childcare reservations is August 25, 2006. No childcare reservations will be accepted after this date.

2. The Maine Conference has contracted with Sunday River for a professional childcare staff and a well-equipped area for your children.

3. Sunday River is licensed to and will provide childcare onsite for infants through age 6 and older children ages 7-10. Childcare is based at Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River which is location of the annual meeting.

5. Do NOT register your child(ren) unless you will actually be there. The Maine Conference is required to pay for NO SHOWS.

6. Childcare will be provided during the business sessions only.
Session 1: Friday 2:30-5:30 p.m.
Session 2: Saturday 8:30-12:00 noon
Session 3: Saturday 1:30-5:30 p.m.
Session 4: Sunday 8:30-12:00 noon

7. Parents are responsible for their children at all other times. All meals and snacks are to be provided by the parents. Your child may be brought or picked up any time during the sessions listed above.
