contributed. He also said a few words about where we are going, about the
anniversary celebration, and about the archives project he is starting.<span

everyone to share items and pictures they might have.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>He identified accomplishments of t=
he
year, including raising $8,500 for Seeds of Peace Camp.<span

</span>An alternative was offered: Affirm the remaining co-minister in his

and Washington Associations.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>=
One
spoke to thinking about this longer.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;
</span>It was noted that the Conference is in a different place than it was=

years ago when the current structure was created to respond to concerns at =
that
time. There is a problem with assuming that the current Minister couldn&#82=
17;t
work effectively with a newcomer.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp;
</span>Concern was expressed that the process is too quick, and is too much
like what was happening eight years ago.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&n=

</span>The remaining co-minister has been here 8 years and earned our trust=

should support him.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>The assem=
bly
was reminded that all have been informed since January of the process, and =
have

</span>It was felt the remaining co-minister would feel better about the
decision if the process involved more people.<span
