There will be a Banner Procession on Friday afternoon at 2:15 p.m. for churches and associations.  Please gather in the hallway just outside the Grand Ball Room of the Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2004. 

Two people from each church are invited to process; one with the banner and the other with the stand. Please remember to bring your banner, pole and stand.  Place banners in a row on both sides of the stage.  Please be sure your banner is in a space where people will not trip or be in the way of their view.

If your church wants to make a banner, suggested size is 4' x 5', but any size is acceptable.

The uniqueness of each church banner adds inspiration to the annual meeting and communicates the spirit about the special place where each of us worships and works.
