Since many of you are want to stay at the Grand Summit
Hotel and are attending as a church group,
each group will have to provide a tax-exempt form
when making their reservation if you want to
receive the tax-exempt price. Note: Condo folks will get
complimentary breakfast coupons
or you may bring your own food to cook in the condo/purchase meal tickets/or eat at a local restaurant.

(MAIL YOUR CHURCH TAX-EXEMPT FORM WITH ALL YOUR CHURCH RESERVATIONS AT THE SAME TIME FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS)

The name on the tax-exempt
form needs to match the name on the reservation
made in the hotel system in order to receive the tax-exempt
price.  i.e. First Congregational Church, UCC,
Snowshoe, Maine  (2 rooms, 4 people with names)
