ALL CONFERENCE E-MAIL
August 8, 2007

1. NEW WORKSHOPS for Annual Meeting
2. No “snail mail” Annual Meeting packets this year
3. Retired Clergy/Spouse Luncheon at Annual Meeting
4. Dates to Remember this month

1. Due to some very generous offers, we are now pleased to offer several new Workshops at Annual Meeting. The morning workshops are still the same, but the afternoon session features a new lineup of interesting new topics. The workshop list on the website was updated on Monday, August 6, so if you registered, or chose your workshops, before Monday, please review the new expanded menu, and make a new choice for your afternoon workshop. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we wanted to offer you the best program possible.

2. Just a reminder that Annual Meeting packets will not be mailed out this year. This will result in a considerable savings, considering the new postage rates and the number of churches in the Conference. All the materials are available on the website. Please download the information and registration materials, and photocopy them for your delegates. If you are unable to download the materials, contact Sue Stevens in the Conference office for a packet.

3. A special invitation to all our Retired Clergy and Spouses, to attend the Annual Meeting at Sunday River on Sept. 28 – 30, 2007. We will again offer a special luncheon, on Saturday, for our retired clergy and/or spouses. Please visit our website to register for the Meeting and luncheon. www.maineucc.org
